I absolutely love cooking colorful food with bold flavors. Tonight I prepared a jerk stir fry with zucchini, bellpeppers, mango, red onion, broccoli, snap peas, carrots, cabbage, and kale. I marinated an ahi tuna steak in home made jerk sauce and seared it rare. All on top of organic long grain brown rice. #tirzahtip don’t over cook your veggies, they not only taste good crunchy but they also retain their beautiful color and nutrients. Stuffed chicken Marsala: I remember my first time making this was years ago. I had @itsme_bri3 and her husband over for dinner, and I was so excited that I made my first ever wine reduction. I’ve come a long since then, but this is still one of my favorite meals to make. I’ve altered the recipe many times (the original came out of Williams Sonoma Chicken Cook Book) but it’s still just as good as the first time 👌 #tirzahcatering
